1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 bars of 250g dark chocolate (darker the better) e.g. 70% dark chocolate, rum and raisin.
1 tsp vanilla extract
Melt it all together be careful don't burn the pot.
Beat it with a wooden spoon and a little vanilla 1 tsp maybe.
Chill in fridge
Don't cut when chilled - cut when left at room temperature.
