Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

300g flour

100g cocoa

1 teaspoon Baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

250g soft butter

260g white sugar

1 tablespoon golden syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

2 eggs

150g white chocolate buttons/chocolate

150g dark chocolate buttons/chocolate pieces


Preheat oven to 190 degrees C

Mix the flour, cocoa and salt and baking soda
In another bowl, mix butter, sugar and syrup, then add vanilla sugar and eggs
To this mixture, add other dry ingredients
Add chocolate chips
Form cookies and put on tray.
Bake for 8-13 minutes

Instructions for when put in a jar:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Empty contents into a bowl. Add 125g softened butter, 1/2 tablespoon golden syrup, and 1 egg. Mix with fingers. Divide into 8 and squash onto a greased baking tray. Bake for 8-13 min. Enjoy!
