Ingredients
1kg tomatoes
3-4 big cloves garlic
Lots of olive oil
Lots of basil (can be dried)
Little salt
Spagetti (100g/person)
Basil
Mozzarella
Directions
Lightly fry garlic in oil
Dice and fry tomatoes until soft
Cook pasta
2/3 pasta, 1/3 sauce
Don't use oil in pasta, use a lot of salt
The pasta should be salty, not the sauce
Each serving gets half a mozzarella ball ripped in chunks and put on top.
