Shakshuka

Ingredients

* olive oil

* yellow onion

* garlic

* tomatoes (I prefer fresh but something when I don’t have I use crushed tomatoes from a can).

* eggs - depends for how many people

* Serve with pita bread

* Spices: Salt and pepper. And hot chili if you like spicy 🌶 food( I don’t usually put chili..some do) paprika

Directions

Fray the onion till golden add the garlic and after about a minute add the tomatoes 🍅. After few minutes add some hot water (just enough to keep it from drying) let it cook until the tomatoes are soft and cooked (about 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of food in the pan)
Break the eggs into the sås 😜, I like to keep them with the yoke , let them cook and serve 🤗 while hot.
