Ingredients
3 potatoes (chopped)
200g salmon
1/3 cup peas
1 carrot (chopped)
1 small onion (diced)
100 mL cream
Dill
Chives
Salt
Crusty bread
Description
Silke: This is a Swedish recipe. Good for summertime.
Directions
Fry the onions, then add water to the onions.
Add the potatoes and carrots until the potatoes are soft. In the last 10 minutes, add the peas, salmon and cream.
Cook it for another 10 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients: dill, chives and salt
Serve with a fresh crusty bread.
